About St. Paul's PACE
St. Paul’s Senior Services was the first non-profit organization to bring PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) to San Diego County in 2008. Since then, St. Paul’s PACE has expanded to four clinics and has helped more than 4,000 low-income San Diego seniors access medical care, social services, transportation, and home care so they can remain living safely in their homes.
CARING FOR OUR COMMUNITY
We serve seniors and our community by:
- Striving to enhance each participant’s quality of life
- Providing quality senior medical care
- Offering innovative senior service options
- Providing pastoral care
- Promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion
- Supporting programs for family and the expanded community
- Collaborating with other community organizations
- Participating in state and national organizations
- Developing education, training, and research programs
St. Paul’s Senior Services continually provides excellent, cost-effective, and affordable services to encourage and support independent living. These programs are further enhanced through the generosity of the San Diego community.
All-Inclusive Care Designed for You
St. Paul’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provides senior health care for adults in San Diego over the age of 55 who are living with a chronic illness or disability and need coordinated medical care to continue living independently in their homes and communities.
When we say all-inclusive care, we mean all-inclusive. The PACE program provides seniors with primary medical care, specialty doctors and services, restorative therapies and rehabilitation, social work, home care, dietary support, prescription drugs, mental health services, transportation, and so much more.

Our Team is Your Team
Our interdisciplinary team of bilingual doctors, physicians, nurses, and other practitioners provide a hands-on approach, coordinating medical, social, and home care services so our participants no longer need to manage their medical care alone.
We’ve Got You ‘Covered’
St. Paul’s PACE provides all the medical care and services covered by Medicare and Medi-Cal, as approved by our team of healthcare professionals, as well as medically-necessary care and services not covered by Medicare and Medi-Cal.
Telehealth Care and Services
Telehealth care has become an integral part of St. Paul’s PACE. When medically feasible and upon request, our physicians offer medical appointments through phone and video conferencing, giving participants the option to communicate with providers from the comfort of their homes.
