What is St. Paul’s PACE?

PACE stands for Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly. This program is a managed medical plan that helps seniors meet their health care needs in their home and in the community instead of in a nursing home or other elder care facility.

With St. Paul’s PACE, you have a team of medical experts and health care professionals working directly with you and your family to ensure you get the most effective plan of care.

Do I Qualify?

All-inclusive Care

Through St. Paul’s PACE San Diego, you get all the medical care and services covered by Medicare and Medi-Cal, as approved by your team of healthcare professionals, as well as medically-necessary care and services not covered by Medicare and Medi-Cal.

St. Paul’s Senior Services was the first organization to bring PACE to San Diego. Since 2008, we have cared for thousands of frail seniors, helping them regain independence so they can age successfully in their homes.
