St. Paul’s PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) was the first PACE program brought to San Diego in 2008. Since then, St. Paul’s PACE has expanded to four clinics and has helped more than 2,000 low-income San Diego seniors access medical care, social services, nutrition, transportation, and home care so they can remain living safely in their homes.
